I. Define behavior you want to change.

  1. List Problem
  2. Where are you now with that problem
  3. What is getting in the way of that change
  4. When was the first time in your life that the thing which got in your way occurred
  5. What new way of being would let you change the thing you want to change.

II. Where you are right now. Keep a two week diary of the behavior. Record:
    Antecedent
    Behavior
    Thoughts
    Consequences
III. Data Analysis. Charts of your data.
IV. Determine what is causing your behavior.
V. What behavioral change will you implement?

  1. List Problem
  2. Where are you now with that problem
  3. What is getting in the way of that change
  4. When was the first time in your life that the thing which got in your way occurred
  5. What new way of being would let you change the thing you want to change.

VI. Another 2 week diary.
VII. Data Analysis. Charts of before and after.
VIII. Did it work? Why or why not?
IX. What will you do in the future to change or maintain your behavior?

Due: One week before last day of class.
