Personal Change Project

  1. Define something about yourself you would like to change by the end of the semester.
  2. List the people in your life that would be able to help you with this change.
  3. Keep a two week diary of the behavior.
  4. Determine what is causing your behavior using charts to make your point.
  5. List what you would like to be around this behavior by the end of the semester as a Good Goal.
  6. What behavioral change will you implement?
  7. Another 2 week diary.
  8. Data Analysis. Charts of before and after.
  9. Did it work? Why or why not?
  10. What will you do in the future to change or maintain your behavior?

Due: Last day of class.
