1.The Future Does Not Exist
Well really it does in the 4 dimensional space-time continuum we live in.
The future does not exist in our brain. Everything we think of as the future really is just a prediction from the past.
The predictions of the future is a function of the frontal lobe of the brain.
2. Everthing that has ever happened to you has happened to you in the past.
That includes reading that last sentence.
That includes reading that last sentence. . .
3. The world that occurs to you is only happening in the moment.
There is no future. Anything you think of as occuring in the future is just current activity in the brain's planning curcuit.
There is no past. Anything you think you are remembering from the past is just your current activity in the brain's memory curcuit.
Problems never exist in the current moment. When you think you have a problem, the problem is you have time to think! Anytime there is a real emergency, you are so engrossed in the moment you are not thinking you have a problem -- you are just handling it.
If you understand these three things, you are fully adjusted, and you have completed the course now.
Even if you have completed the course now, you have a grade of "F" right now. The grade is not a function of completing the course -- it is a function of racking up points.
If you understand that, you really have completed the course now.
But you still have an "F"!
