Interpolation
1. If you are above 95th percentile say >95.
2. If you are below 5th percentile say <5.
3. If you are between 5th and 50th percentile:
     x = your measurement

50-[45*(x-50th)/(5th-50th)]
tells you your interpolated percentile

Derivation:
(x-50th)/(5th-50th) tells you how far you are from 50th

There are 45 percentile points between 5th and 50th

45*(x-50th)/(5th-50th) tells you the number of percentile points you are from 50th.

4. If you are between 95th and 50th percentile:    x = your measurement

50+[45*(x-50th)/(95th-50th)] tells you your interpolated percentile

Derivation:
(x-50th)/(95th-50th) tells you how far you are from 50th

There are 45 percentile points between 95th and 50th
45*(x-50th)/(95th-50th) tells you the number of percentile points you are from 50th.
