Structured Interview: Ask the exact same questions to all candidates in the same order.

Specific Knowledge
Knowledge only a person who really knows the occupation would know.
Behavioral Question
Give an example of a time when something actually happened to you.
Situational Question
What if...  What would you do if xxx occurred.

Make up a 6 question structured interview using at two of each of the above types of questions.
